We women don't need instant Justice on only one case, we need same Justice for all Victim women nibhaya,unnao.it scares me whether this I will be eligible to such instant Justice or not if I be next. Don't try and suppress the heat of moment by such justice.it scares me further that if there is political will and judicial will, Justice can never be denied, and there is no political will or will of judicial system to provide security to women. What is the fault of Unnao rape victim or nirbhaya that their justice is delayed, let those victims be shooted too.
Though ppl rejoicing it's leaving a fear in every girl and women heart that out judiciary system is inefficient to save them and they themselves or some Messiah police can only do it.how many victim women will have such good luck.
I would have slept fearless if instant fast track court would have set up and decision legally taken within 10days of all major cases and culprits been hanged in 10days.
They say culprits of nirbhaya case are not hanged becose they don't have anyone to hang, give this right the victims father, he will happily do it, with lots of satisfaction.
